How to Join

If you’re interested in joining Nexum as a “reporting institution,” the first step is to submit an application through our “Join Today” portal.

After receiving your application, our dedicated team will promptly get in touch with you to schedule a discussion focused on your specific university. During this conversation, we’ll assess details such as your student population, course offerings, and seamlessly integrating your institution into our software.

Upon becoming an official partner institution with Nexum, you will gain exclusive access to your personalized Registrar Dashboard. This feature empowers you to efficiently set up courses and schedules tailored to your institution’s unique needs. Additionally, you’ll have the capability to initiate searches for student records from other reporting universities.

For course registration, students will have the option to register manually using either class codes or QR image codes. This streamlined process reduces individual workload, ensuring each person focuses on their designated tasks. The Registrar will initiate the course, the student will register for it, and the instructor will input the final mark before submitting it back to the Registrar. This course grade will then be seamlessly integrated into the Nexum Verification database, accessible to other universities and companies. Furthermore, it will be recorded in your own school’s records, ensuring comprehensive access for transcript and other educational record requirements.
